MEYCO MP301 

MEYCO MP 301 is a two component low viscosity hydrophilic acrylic grouting resin with a high reactivity.  The product may be used down to +3°C and contains neither solvents nor toxic components.

Components A and B are mixed in the ratio of A:B of 1:1, using a two component dosing pump.  The gel time may be adjusted by varying the quantity of accelerator added to component A and the concentration of component B.  Due to the hydrophilic nature of the product, the adhesion is good also to wet surfaces.  There is no foam reaction that could negatively influence the bond.  Equipment can easily be cleaned using water (preferable with a detergent).

MEYCO MP 301 has been developed especially for use in tunnelling and for other underground works.  The product is designed for stabilisation of soil and heavily broken rock.  Because of its very low viscosity and its low flow resistance, it is particularly well suited for filling of micro cracks and capillary pores of soil.
